The aim of the study is to provide a valid periodic tool for mapping the relationships between manufacturers and dealer networks through the opinions of Italian dealers and, in the most detailed form for each individual brand, a customized report that can be used by car manufacturers as a source of knowledge about their network and for improvement actions, with specific comparative and historical analysis elements.

Data collection lasts approximately two months (March-April 2025) and is carried out using a qualitative and quantitative questionnaire aimed at studying the various management areas. A distinctive feature of the firm is the direct channel through which dealers can express their degree of satisfaction, freely and anonymously via e-mail, while also providing practical and targeted suggestions in different areas.

Transparency to participating dealers is a key element.
