The Study involved 5,624 voluntary respondents in the survey period March 2024. The sample is divided into Recent owners (3,026 cases) who bought a car from 2022 onwards and Prospect owners (1,908 cases) who bought a car before 2022. Of both profiles, a distinction was made between New and Used profiles.

The sample was supplemented with a Gen Z Early Adopter panel for comparison with market trends and a BEV owner sample.

Study is conducted with the support of Mawdy Services (formerly known in Italy as Mapfre Warranty)
