The Financial Services and Leasing 2025 study delivers a look at Italian car dealers’ satisfaction with external (non-captive) financial and long-term leasing providers, offering clear benchmarks and trend data for informed decision-making.

For over 20 years, Quintegia has conducted an independent, yearly survey measuring dealer satisfaction across Italy. The 2025 edition collected insights from owners of Italian dealerships, who participated anonymously via an online questionnaire between March 10 and April 15, achieving 62% coverage of the passenger car dealer network and gathering:

• 495 ratings of major non-captive financial providers (including Agos Ducato, Avvera, CA Auto Bank, Compass, Deutsche Bank Easy, Fiditalia, Findomestic Banca and Santander Consumer Bank)
• 350 ratings of major non-captive leasing providers (including Alphabet, Ayvens, Arval, Horizon Automotive and UnipolRental)
