- European Mobility Landscape 2025 study
Detailed description
The EU Mobility Landscape was created to analyze the current state and trends of mobility in the automotive distribution sector, in a context where the expected change has proceeded more slowly than expected.
The analysis is based on the Mobility Landscape Framework, developed by Quintegia in 2023, which summarizes the main business evolution trajectories for OEMs and dealers. The model encompasses several development areas, characterized by increasing levels of complexity: from the sale of alternative vehicles, through energy and infrastructure, to sharing services, subscription servitization, and intermodal models with public transport.
The study, conducted in collaboration between ICDP and Quintegia, involved a select group of European dealers, from which 17 concrete initiatives were identified as among the most significant in the current landscape. These initiatives offer useful insights into how mobility is translating into real opportunities for automotive distribution, which solutions are most relevant for customers and dealers, and which directions can guide the future evolution of the sector.
