The Automotive Customer Study 2025 is based on an in-depth analysis conducted on 3,641 voluntary respondents during the March survey period. The sample includes customers who purchased new cars, used cars, and battery electric vehicle (BEV) owners.

To further enrich the study, a panel dedicated to Gen Z Early Adopter was also integrated, allowing a direct comparison with new consumer trends in the Italian automotive market.
