The Automotive Customer Study 2025 is based on an in-depth analysis of 3,641 voluntary respondents during the March survey period. The sample includes customers who purchased new cars, used cars, and owners of battery electric vehicles (BEVs).

To further enrich the study, a panel dedicated to Gen Z Early Adopters was also integrated, allowing for a direct comparison with new consumer trends in the Italian automotive market.
