A distinctive feature of the firm is the direct channel through which <strong>dealers can express their degree of satisfaction, freely and anonymously <\/strong>via e-mail, while also providing practical and targeted suggestions in different areas.<\/p><p style=\"color: #5f676d; font-family: Poppins, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">Transparency to participating dealers is a key
