The objective of the study is to provide a valuable periodic tool to draw a picture of the relationship between Manufacturers and Dealer Networks through the opinion of Italian dealers and, in the most in-depth form by individual brand, a customized report useful to manufacturer<\/strong> as a source of knowledge about their Network and improvement actions, with specific elements of comparative and historical analysis.<\/p>

Data collection lasts approximately two months (March-April) and is carried out using a qualitative and quantitative questionnaire designed to study the various management areas. A distinctive feature of the firm is the direct channel through which dealers can express their degree of satisfaction, freely and anonymously <\/strong>via e-mail, while also providing practical and targeted suggestions in different areas.<\/p>
